I purchase the 2013 CVO Ultra and could not be happier. I recieved excellent service from sales, parts and service. Bret was a huge help in making this purchase. I would definately recommend Livermore HD, Bret especially, to everyone. Russ was very helpful walking me through the changes he made to my bike. I will be back to Livermore HD!

I COULD NOT BELIVE HOW EASY IT WAS TO SELL MY BIKE TO THIS DEALERSHIP & I GOT AN ABOVE TRADE-IN PRICE , WAYNE REALLY HELPED ME OUT WHEN I SOLD MY BIKE TO THEM IT WAS REALLY EASY , I WOULD DO IT AGAIN & IF I EVER NEED A NEW BIKE I WILL GO TO THEM OVER ANY LOCAL DEALER THEY ARE WORTH THE DRIVE , ALL THE OTHE DELERS WANTED TO GIVE ME ALMOST 2,000 DOLLARS LESS THAN TRADE IN BLUBOOK AND THEY GAVE ME ALMOST RETAIL BLUE BOOK , THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR HELP

"As a first time motorcycle rider, all I can say is that Livermore Harley is THE BEST place to buy a motorcycle. All the sales people that I met, Ron, Jeff and Brett were fabulous in helping me decide on a bike and getting me into that bike, a 2008 Road King. They suggested the MSF course and made sure that I was comfortable in my purchase. Ron even delivered the bike to my home since I did not have my license as yet. Every time that I have gone in there since my purchase, they have made me feel at home and helped me with other accessories. Chip in the parts department introduced me to the local HOG group and I became a member right away. Even though I am a first time rider, everyone there helped me in every step. "My husband and I purchased a Fat Bob from Livermore Harley and they were awesome! The staff were so friendly and eager to help, they waited on us hand and foot. I had an expensive helmet picked out and the sales lady could've let me buy it but she knew it wouldn't fit me right because of the shape of my head. She suggested a couple other helmets which were alot cheaper but would fit me better. I thought that was really great of her to think about my satisfaction and not just the sale. We got the bike of our dreams and will send our friends right past Eagle's Nest to Livermore for all their needs! Thank you all so much!!!!"

"Several years ago, I had purchased a Fat Boy from another dealership here in the general Bay Area. When I had bought the bike, I soon learned, "It yours now, deal with it." Going back and forth to the dealer, trying to "get things fixed" was like trying to pull teeth. And service? Making reservations meant, "We'll get to it in a couple of days or so." It was always the "or so." Then came Livermore Harley-Davidson. I wasn't just sold a bike, I was assisted with picking the bike I would enjoy for years to come. It's been nearly a year and already, I feel like a part of family. Never have I been in a shop where parts knew sales, sales knew parts, parts new clothes, clothes new parts, sales new service.... need I go on? Service isn't just lip-service, either. Need work done? The service department will make the time to insure you get the service and repairs you need, when you need it, the way you want it. I can't say enough for the family at Livermore Harley-Davidson. Every time I've taken the bike in for service, I have been given a complete run down of what was done, what to look out for and what will be needed the next time. No surprises, no shock, just good old fashioned caring. When going metric nearly a decade ago, I had thought all my repair and performance issues had been solved..... until going to Livermore Harley-Davidson about a year ago. I am now the proud worry-free owner of an American legend, again. Thanks guys, you're stuck with me, now!"

"I moved to Tracy from San Diego October 2009 and have been trying to find a HD shop, I was beggining to think San Diego Harly spoiled me and that I couldn't be satisfied with any other shop. I had a service done at another shop here, when I picked my bike up it cost $100 more then I was quoted and I felt like their only concern was how much money theyu could get out of a customer. Last Thursday I brought my Sporty in for a service at the recomdation of another rider. I found my home at Livermore Harly Davidson!Awsome service, she was done when promised for the quoted price and the people "Roger" and others in the service department where GREAT! Afterwards I went into the store and I felt welcomed by all, no presure by anyone, and when I was done, I just felt good about my purchases. Thanks to all parts, service and clothing. I found my home!"

"One the best things I ever did was buy my HD 2011 super glide custom. I love it. What I love more is the Guys here, Everytime I'd call or come by they make me feel at home. My son bought a used sportser and had a few little problems. Pat steped up without any hesitaion and took care of it. I'am a General Manager of a boat dealer that I though had the best service around 99.9 CSI I found after over 14 years trying a dealer with better service then us. I and a lot of places can learn from you. You guys are the best Keep up the great work."
